The App includes AI-powered features such as lap time scanning, tire temp extraction, and setup recommendations. These features are provided as tools to assist your decision-making and should not be solely relied upon for critical racing decisions. AI outputs may contain errors and should always be verified by qualified personnel.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RACING OUTCOMES, VEHICLE DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ITS DATA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
